This Privacy Policy describes how FES Fabrication & Engineering Services ("FES," "we," "us") handles information collected through FESFab.com (the "Site").
Information you provide to us
When you submit a project inquiry, vendor inquiry, or career application through forms on the Site, you choose what to share with us. Depending on the form, that may include your name, company or organization name, email address, phone number, location, project descriptions, desired timelines, career information such as your trade and experience, and any drawings, specifications, photographs, or project files you send us after we reply to your inquiry.
We use this information to respond to you, evaluate and discuss your project or application, and carry on the business relationship you asked us to start. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site's hosting infrastructure collects standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information appears in server logs and helps us keep the Site secure and working properly.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set a small number of cookies that are necessary to deliver the Site securely and to protect it from malicious traffic, such as bot detection cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy to describe them.
Service providers
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare processes technical visitor data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the Site. Form submissions may be processed by a form handling service that delivers your message to us. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own unrelated purposes.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. The Site does not run advertising, remarketing, or newsletter programs, and it does not process payments. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not include it in form submissions.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and application information for as long as needed to respond to you, evaluate the project or application, meet legal and business record requirements, and maintain our relationship with you. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you send us, including HTTPS encryption on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, including related company sites and social platforms. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
